PURPOSE: A wheel assembly device for an electric vehicle is provided to improve the degree of freedom of a ball joint design by positioning the centers of the rotation axes of a reduction gear and a motor in different lines. CONSTITUTION: A motor(10) generates a rotation force. A reducer includes a reduction gear. The center of the rotation axis of the reduction gear is different from the center of the rotation axis of the motor. A fixture(30) mounts a non-rotation unit. A rotor(40) mounts a rotation unit. A breaking device breaks the rotation of the rotor. A wheel(60) transmits the rotation force of the rotor to a wheel.
