PURPOSE: A wireless location measuring method and device thereof are provided to minimize a location measurement error under an NLOS(Non-Line of Sight) condition. CONSTITUTION: An electronic wave environment determining unit(220) determines the electronic wave delay tap of a signal transmitted from transmitters. A distance calculating unit(230) calculates a distance between each transmitter and each receiver. A distance correcting unit(240) calculates the final distance between each transmitter and each receiver using the electronic wave delay tap of each transmitter. A location estimating unit(250) estimates an area where circles which are remote as much as the final distance from each transmitter are overlapped as the location of a receiver.
