A EMERGENCY MESSAGE BROADCASTING ON CELL BASE

PURPOSE: A cell-based emergency message broadcasting method is provided to transmit an emergency message in a cell that is selected from a plurality of nodes by dynamically configuring a topology while moving a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A distance between neighbor nodes is calculated(410). The node receives an emergency message from adjacent nodes(420). In case the received emergency message is transmitted from a source node, the node retransmits the emergency message. In case the node is one of extension cells, the node retransmits the emergency message. A retransmission node retransmits the emergency message(490).
