PURPOSE: A semiconductor integrated circuit is provided to reduce an area by allowing different memory banks to share a row decoder and a fuse block. CONSTITUTION: In a semiconductor integrated circuit, memory banks(BANK0,BANK1) includes first memory banks(BANK0_L,BANK1_L) and a second memory banks(BANK0_R,BANK1_R). The first and second memory banks are activated according to a data output mode. Row decoders(110,120) supply a word line control signal and a bit line equalize signal to the first and second memory regions. |
