PURPOSE: A pre-heating plug and method for connecting a functional ceramic pin to a metal sleeve are provided to prevent cracks during a soldering process due to the different expansion coefficients of a metal sleeve, soldering material and glow pin. CONSTITUTION: A pre-heating plug comprises a housing, a metal sleeve(6), and a ceramic glow pin(5). An inner conductor(4) is arranged in the housing. The metal sleeve is inserted to the housing. The ceramic glow pin is arranged in the metal sleeve. Two end parts of the glow pin is projected from the metal sleeve. A rear end part of the pin is connected to the inner conductor. The glow pin is pushed into the metal sleeve. |
