PURPOSE: Fermented food using pine cones and a producing method thereof are provided to produce the fermented food by adding a fermentation agent including malt to the pine cones. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented food using pine cones comprises the following steps: collecting unripe pine cones; adding 10~30wt% of black sugar to the pine cones for the total amount of pine cones, and inserting the mixture into a container; adding 3~5wt% of malt to the mixture of the pine cones and the black sugar; inserting 30~49wt% of water; fermenting the mixture for 6~8months at 15~20deg C; filtering the fermented mixture, and inserting the obtained pine cone fermented liquid into the container; adding cinnamon, garlic, ginger, illicium verum, or angelica tenuissima; and aging the mixture for 4~6months.
