PURPOSE: An enamine derivative compound is provided to ensure effects of activating the formation of extracellular matrix containing collagen and reducing the expression of MMP as an extracellular matrix enzyme. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an enamine derivative compound comprises the steps of (i) adding 1,3-di(tert-butyl-dimethylsilanyloxy)propane-2-amine hydrochloride to a mixture of ethyl acetate and ethanol to prepare (E)-ethyl 3-{1,3-di(tert-butyl-dimethylsilanyloxy)propane-2-yl amino}but-2-enoate; (ii) reacting the resultant with a compound of chemical formula A: I-R to prepare a compound of chemical formula B, wherein R is hydrogen or C1-10 linear or branched alkyl or allyl group; and (iii) reacting the compound of chemical formula B with trifluoroacetic acid aqueous solution.
