PURPOSE: A bone fixing device is provided to increase a fixing force by including a washer whose end is fitted to a bone. CONSTITUTION: A fixing hole(11) is formed on a plate(10). A heat unit(22) is formed on the upper side of an insertion unit(21) which is inserted into a bone. A screw is comprised of the head unit and the insertion unit. A fastening unit(13) with a female thread penetrates through the lower side of a receiving unit(12). The head unit is comprised of an adhering unit(23) and a screw(26) unit with a male thread. The adhering unit is forcedly fitted to the receiving unit by the falling of the head unit according to the combination of the screw unit and the fastening unit.
