PURPOSE: A (halo-)silicate-based phosphor is provided to enable the change of light-emitting wavelength according to the kind and content of alkaline earth metals and to improve wavelength change and brightness of an activator. CONSTITUTION: A (halo-)silicate-based phosphor is represented by chemical formula 1: (Sr_(16-x-y)M_y)Si_aO_bX_CdN_2O_3:Eu^(2+)_z.
