The device has two supporting parts (4) mounted on a bar, and immobilization units i.e. nuts (5), immobilizing the supporting parts with respect to the bar. Each supporting part includes a set of sliding mounting units (23), and a blocking part (25) includes another set of sliding mounting units (30). The sliding mounting units are arranged in a support to allow sliding of the blocking part between a non-locking position, in which a blocking zone (27) is not in support with the immobilization unit, and a locking position in which the blocking zone is in support with the immobilization unit. The blocking part is molded by using a synthetic material. |
