PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to adjust the number of required solar cell units by adjusting the shape of the division pattern. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell unit(11) is formed on a substrate(100). The solar cell unit comprises a back side electrode, a light absorption layer, a buffer layer, and a front side electrode layer(500). A division pattern(320) passes through the light absorption layer and the buffer layer. A bus bar(800) is formed on the solar cell unit. |
