PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing nicotinoyl dopamine or nicotinoyl tyramine is provided to ensure antioxidation and whitening effects. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 0.005-20 weight% of N-nicotinoyl dopamine and N-nicotinoyl tyramine. The composition is used for antioxidation or whitening. The composition is manufactured in the form of cream, lotion, gel, or essence. The nicotinoyl NHS(N-hydroxysuccinimide) ester is prepared by reaction formula 1.
