LOCATION MEASUREMENT METHOD

PURPOSE: A location measurement method is provided to measure the location of the terminal for which a public safety mode is set up. CONSTITUTION: If a public safety mode which enables location tracing is set up even through the power of a terminal is turned off(S410), the terminal obtains measurement information. The terminal transfers the measurement information to a public safety monitoring system(S430). The terminal receives from the public safety management system a pubic safety mode setup request message including the information for controlling the terminal. The terminal is set up as the public safety mode by responding to the public safety setup request message.
