PURPOSE: An optical film is provided to use the optical film as a hard coating film or an anti-reflection film, and to secure the transmittivity and the reflectivity of the optical film. CONSTITUTION: An optical film comprises the following: a base film; a polyurethan coating layer formed on one side of the base film, and coated with a polyurethane coating composition containing a polyurethane binder with the refractive index of 1.54~1.59; and an acryl coating layer coated with an acrylic coating composition containing an acrylic binder with the refractive index of 1.4~1.5.
