PURPOSE: Functional fish feed containing garlic, and a producing method thereof are provided to reduce the marine environment contamination by the cultivation of fishes, and to store the feed for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional fish feed(1) comprises the following steps: mixing grains without impurities, and fish powder in a mixer; crushing the mixture into minute powder with the constant particle size using a crusher; inserting the mixture into a kneader, adding garlic juice obtained by grinding the garlic with a wet grinding machine, and inserting water and steam while kneading the mixture; extruding the mixture, and cutting the mixture for molding; hot air drying the molded mixture; cooling the mixture; removing damaged mixture; and adding garlic powder for forming a garlic coating layer on the surface of the molded mixture.
