PURPOSE: A control device of an electromotive wheel chair is provided to control slip by the inertia of the electromotive wheel chair by using the regenerative current of a motor and to sense the speed of the rotation of a motor. CONSTITUTION: A joystick(11) adjusts the operation direction and speed. An LED display(12) displays operation and traveling state. A horn(14) occurs alarm while driving. A microcontroller(16) performs the calculation required for control. A communication unit is composed of an RS-485 communication interface(17a) and RS-232 communication interface(17b).
