PURPOSE: A PWM cycloconverter device is provided to control a current output voltage according to an output voltage command. CONSTITUTION: A double-way switch module(7) is comprised of a nine bilateral switches connecting three-wire system power source and a three wire motor. An input power level detecting circuit(10) outputs an input voltage value by detecting a voltage value inputted from the three wire power. An input power phase detecting circuit(14) outputs an input power phase by detecting the phase of the three wire power. A fixing phase information generating circuit(15) outputs by generating a plurality of fixing phase information.
