PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating late stent thrombosis is provided to suppress vascularization and vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating late stent thrombosis contains pyrazolopyrimidinone compound of chemical formula 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. The pharmaceutical composition is coated to a stent by deep coating, spin coating, bar coating, and spray coating. The pharmaceutical composition is manufactured in the form of granules, powders, tablets, capsules, suppositories, syrups, juices, suspensions, and emulsions.
