<p>The oven (1) has a baking chamber (2) including a baking chamber wall (3). A heating source e.g. burner, generates a hot gas (12) and is formed with a cylindrical combustion chamber. The baking chamber partially surrounds a hot gas channel (10) with a wall turned towards the baking chamber and a wall turned away from the baking chamber, where the hot gas flows through the gas channel. Hot air flows through a hot air channel (14) that is provided at the latter wall of the hot gas channel. The former wall of the gas channel is formed by the chamber wall.</p> |
