PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the light efficiency of the solar cell by forming a CIGS light absorption layer and adjusting the composition ratio of the CIGS layer using a thermocouple. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(100) including a thermocouple is prepared. A back side electrode(200) is arranged on the substrate. A light absorption layer(300) is arranged on the back side electrode. A buffer layer(400) is arranged on the light absorption layer. A front side electrode(500) is arranged on the buffer layer. |
