PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing ginsenoside Re for improving skin condition is provided to remove excessive dead skin cells and to promote cell cycle. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for skin condition contains 0.0001-0.007 weight parts of ginsenoside based on total weight. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of skin softener, essence, nutrition cream, massage cream, or pack. The skin softener contains 6 weight parts of 1,3-buylene glycol, 4 weight parts of glycerin, 0.1 weight parts of alatoin, 0.4 weight parts of polysorbate-80, 10 weight parts of ethanol, and 0.05 weight parts of benzophenone-9.
