<p>Packing for books, photographs etc. comprises an open-ended sleeve of cardboard, corrugated paper, foamed polystyrene film etc. and can be used several times. Two slits are made in both opening rim areas of the sleeve so as to bend down tongues to limit this opening and secure the cord, rubber ring used for tying the packing together. It is possible to provide a tongue on one surface of the sleeve for slotting into a slit in the opposite surface in closure. Mating faces of these tongues can be self-sticking.</p> |
