PURPOSE: A photostimulable plate reading device is provided to efficiently and easily read a photostimulable plate and to reduce the reading time of the photostimulable plate. CONSTITUTION: A photostimulable plate reading device comprises a photostimulable plate(12), a lighting unit(20), a filtering unit(22), and a detection unit(24). The photostimulable plate conveys image data. The photostimulable plate has two opposite surfaces. The lighting unit radiates light with a second wave length range by uniformly radiating light to one surface of the photostimulable plate with a first wave length range. The filtering unit is toward the other surface of the photostimulable plate and filters the light radiated with the second wave length range. The detection unit detects the filtered light. |
