METHOD FOR PROVIDING USER INTERFACE FOR CONTROLLING GAME

PURPOSE: A method of providing a user interface for controlling game is provided to enhance user convenience in the operation of a game by setting a GUI(Graphic User Interface) in a portable device. CONSTITUTION: A first touch input is received(110), and is compared with the touch input for setting up a GUI(Graphic User Interface). If the touch input is for setting the GUI, a GUI setting mode is determined(130). At least one GUI element for game play control is activated in correspondence to the GUI setting mode(140). The GUI element is at least one input key for game play control on a touch screen display.
