PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device is provided to sense a touch point by recognizing the variation of a liquid crystal electrostatic capacitance depending on a touch input operation. CONSTITUTION: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device comprises: first and second substrates which face each other; plural gate lines(101) and data lines(102) which cross each other to define a pixel region; a pixel electrode which is formed in the pixel region; a pixel transistor which is formed in a cross section of the gate and data lines; a common electrode(204) which is formed on a front surface of the second substrate; a liquid crystal layer which is placed between the first and second substrates; a storage line which is formed on the first substrate; a switching line(121) which is parallel to the gate line; a lead-out wire which is parallel to the data line; a first storage capacitor which is formed between the storage line and the pixel transistor; and a second storage capacitor(131) and a sensing capacitor(132) which are connected in parallel between the switching line and the common electrode. |
