PURPOSE: A heat exchanger for a liquid-type dehumidifier and a liquid-type dehumidifier using the heat exchanger are provided to reduce the volume of a heat exchanger by increasing heat exchange on the same volume. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger(124) for a liquid-type dehumidifier comprises a plurality of flat bodies(200) and a plurality of plates. A heat transfer medium flows through a fluid path formed in the body. The plates are extended between the bodies are arranged to slope to the surface of the body. The plates are arranged in a zig-zag form. The plates are formed from non-woven fabric. The plates are formed from PET non-woven fabric.
