PURPOSE: An RF(Radio Frequency) signal processing circuit and an apparatus using the same are provided to remarkably reduce the influence between a mater tuner unit and a slave tuner unit by using two balun circuit. CONSTITUTION: An RF signal processing circuit comprises an RF signal input terminal, a loop-through terminal, a main tuner unit(400) and a balun unit(300). The main tuner unit processes an inputted RF signal, and the balun circuit unit connects two balun circuits in serial. The balun circuit unit transfers the RF signal to the main tuner unit and the loop-through terminal through the RF signal input terminal. At least two balun circuits prevent the influence of operating variation of the main tuner unit from being transferred to the loop-through terminal.
