PURPOSE: A welding wire dispenser for a bobbin is provided to prevent the twisting and tangling of welding wire by keeping the wire tensioned. CONSTITUTION: A welding wire dispenser for a bobbin comprises a fixed axis(20), a cover(30), and a control device(40). The fixed axis is vertically mounted on the center part of an upper plate of a bobbin in which a wire is wound. The cover is rotated in the releasing direction of a wire according to the drawing of welding wire from the top part of the fixed axis. The control device is located in the cover and rotated along with the cover in the direction in which the wound metal welding wire is released. The control device is rotated to the welding wire rolling direction along with the cover when the drawing process is stopped.
