PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling the right position of materials in a boring system is provided to prevent the fault of materials since the position of a material is accurately grasped based on the movement position of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for controlling the right position of materials in a boring system comprises a sensor(30) and a controller(40). A cylinder is driven to correct the location of a material(1) in the boring system. The sensor is installed in the cylinder. The sensor generates sensing signals by sensing the forward and rearward movement of a piston rod(11) of the cylinder. The controller decides the predetermined position state of the material based on the sensing signals. The controller controls the drive of the cylinder according to determination results.
