PURPOSE: A panel forming device is provided to set up a tilt angle and a linear distance of a forming roller by one manipulation since a forming roller moves along a shaft. CONSTITUTION: A panel forming device comprises a frame(100), a first shaft(121), a second shaft(122), a first forming roller(131), a second forming roller(132), a shaft tilting unit(140), and a roller sliding unit. The first shaft is installed in the frame to be slantly moved forward and rearward. The second shaft is separated from the first shaft. The first forming roller is installed on one side of the first shaft and forms the side of a panel. The second forming roller is installed on one side of the second shaft and forms the side of the panel. The shaft tilting unit is installed in the frame and moves the first and second shafts forward and backward. The roller sliding unit slides and transfers the second forming roller along the second shaft.
