STRUCTURE OF HYBRID MEMORY AND DATA STORING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A structure of a hybrid memory and a data storing method thereof are provided to stably and efficiently store data by composing the hybrid memory with a RAM and a flash memory. CONSTITUTION: An I/O(Input/Output) controller(110) receives a control signal related with a data reading and writing. A RAM block(170) is composed of one or more RAM memory and stores data which is generated according to the system operation. A flash memory(180) stores the backup data of a RAM block. A backup controller(120) backs up the changed data of the RAM block to the flash memory, or restores data in the flash memory to the RAM block.
