PURPOSE: A saw wire manufacturing method and a saw wire manufactured by the same are provided to prevent disconnection of wire by reduction in surface bending deviation of wire. CONSTITUTION: A saw wire manufacturing method comprises the following steps. A wire rod(10) is drawn in a wire diameter range of 2.5~3.5mm. A flexible plating layer that is 3~8 micro meters-thick is formed on the surface of the wire. The wire is wet-drawn in a wire diameter range of 0.08~0.16mm. The plating layer is minutely electro-polished below 30% so the difference of surface unevenness is less than 1 micro meter.
