COVERLAY FILM AND THE PREPARING PROCESS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A coverlay film and a preparation process thereof are provided to ensure excellent curling due to low influence of moisture and excellent blocking in a coverlay application process, and excellent visability. CONSTITUTION: A coverlay film is configured so that an insulation film, an adhesive layer and a releasable protection film are consecutively laminated. The protection film has a 10-point average roughness(Rz) of a material is 0.5 micrometer or more and 5 micrometer or less by comprising inorganic particles inside a plastic substrate.
