INHIBITOR OF TOLAASIN CAUSING BACTERIAL BROWN BLOTCH OF MUSHROOM

PURPOSE: An inhibitor of tolaasin which causes bacterial blown blot of mushroom is provided to prevent occurrence of brown blot by P.tolaasii. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening a tolaasin inhibitor comprises: a step of searching a material which binds to the tolaasin in a low molecular compound library in silico docking; a step of measuring bonding degree of the material and tolaasin by in vitro nuclear resonance spectroscopy; and a step of measuring suppression of tolaasin activity by an in vitro hemolytic activity. The material is sorbitoleic acid. A composition for preventing and treating bacterial brown blot contains sorbitoleic acid as an active ingredient.
