PURPOSE: An air-conditioning device is provided to simplify the structure thereof since the temperature can be adjusted by a thin plate member and a gear shaft. CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioning device comprises an air conditioner case(110), an evaporator, a heater core, and a door. The door is comprised of a gear shaft(130) and a thin-plate member(140). The gear shaft is coupled with the side of an air channel inside the air conditioner case. A gear(135) is formed on both ends of the gear shaft. Multiple gear grooves(141a,141b) are formed on both ends of the thin-plate member and engage with the gear. When the gear shaft rotates, the thin-plate member slides up and down in order to adjust the opening degree of the air channel. A guide rail groove(119) is formed on the side of the air channel inside the air conditioner case. The guide rail groove supports both ends of the thin-plate member to be slid.
