BIPOLAR PLATE OF PROTON EXCHANGE MEMBRANE FUEL CELL

摘要

PURPOSE: A bipolar plate of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell is provided to improve a surface treatment effect by solving stress concentration and defects caused by mechanical processing through electrolytic polishing. CONSTITUTION: A bipolar plate of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell is formed of stainless steel. A unit cell is formed since the bipolar plate is attached to both sides of a proton exchange membrane structure including a membrane which selectively transmits only proton in a proton exchange membrane fuel cell, wherein a plurality of unit cells are laminated on the proton exchange membrane fuel cell. The bipolar plate is formed through electrolytic polishing to eliminate stress concentration part and defects on the processed surface.
