METHOD AND ANALYSIS SYSTEM FOR DIAGNOSISING EXCLUSIVE VIBRATION IN GENERATOR STATOR WINDINGS

PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing vibration exclusively for wires of a generator stator and an analysis system thereof are provided to prevent accidents by abnormal vibration and improve the operation reliability of a generator by rapid analysis on vibration. CONSTITUTION: A method for diagnosing vibration exclusively for wires of a generator stator comprises the following steps. The vibration signals are provided from a vibration sensor attached to wires of a generator stator by a signal attenuator, an amplifier, an anti-aliasing filter, an A/D converter, an FPGA, and a DSP. The vibratory signals are synchronized with 16 channels simultaneously so first vibration signals are created. Second vibration signals are obtained. The second vibration signals are repetitively overlapped, and the average thereof is calculated so vibration soundness is evaluated.
