PURPOSE: A mixing apparatus for preparing concrete is provided to conveniently manufacture and discharge ready-mixed concrete by respectively mixing raw materials in a dry type and a wet type. CONSTITUTION: A mixing apparatus for preparing concrete includes: a mixing case(2) to which raw materials for preparing concrete is supplied from the outside; a dry type mixing unit(4) which is arranged inside the case and mixes the raw materials while moving them from one side to other side; a wet type mixing unit(6) which mixes the dry type-mixed concrete raw material to be ready-mixed concrete; and a concrete discharge unit(8) for discharging the ready-mixed concrete by pumping.
