PURPOSE: A drier combined cooling/heating apparatus is provided to implement cooling/heating of the indoor when not in a drying operation, thereby achieving reduction of facility costs. CONSTITUTION: A drier combined cooling/heating apparatus comprises a drying compartment(10), a dehumidifying unit(30), and a heat pump system. The drying compartment includes a main body(11) in which a drying air generation chamber(13) and a drying chamber(14) are formed on both sides and a tray(15) in which products being dried are placed. The dehumidifying unit comprises a dehumidifying chamber(31) and endless moisture absorbing cloth(32) which is installed in the drying chamber and the dehumidifying chamber and rotated by a driving unit. The heat pump system comprises an evaporator(53), a condenser(44), a circulation fan(57a), outdoor and indoor heat exchangers(48,45), and a second indoor heat exchanger(55). The evaporator, the condenser, and the circulation fan are formed in the drying air generation chamber. The outdoor heat exchanger is installed in the dehumidifying chamber The indoor heat exchanger is installed in the endless moisture absorbing cloth.
