<p>PURPOSE: A hot-rolled steel sheet having excellent surface quality and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve surface quality by reduction in coil break through hot rolling condition control. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a hot-rolled steel sheet having excellent surface quality comprises the following steps. Slab is homogenization-processed at a temperature of 1100~1250°C. The slab is hot-rolled at a temperature of 800~850°C and is wound. The slab consists of C 0.02~0.06 weight%, N 0.003~0.01 weight%, S 0~0.01 weight% or less, Mn 0~0.20weight% or less, P 0~0.02weight%or less, Al 0.01~0.06weight%, Si 0.05~0.20weight%, Mo 0.01~0.03weight%, and the remnant of Fe and impurities.</p> |
