CONSTITUTION: A high strength hot-rolled steel plate comprises C 0.02~0.1 weight%, Si 0.05~0.25 weight%, Mn 1.0~2.0 weight%, Nb 0.01~0.05 weight,% one or more selective additional elements of V 0.01~0.1 weight% and Mo 0.01~0.05 weight%, remnant Fe, and impurities. The content of C, Mn, Si, and selective additional elements satisfiesα=C+Mn/6+Si/24+β/28<=0.4.</p> |
