PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly fence is provided to ensure corrosion resistance, fouling resistance, and high durability by comprising a ceramic coating layer formed of high-functional ceramic coating agent. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly fence comprises posts(20) which are vertically fixed on the surface, supports(30) which are installed between the posts, galvanized steel sheets(40) which are fixed to the supports, and a ceramic coating layer which is formed by spreading and curing a ceramic coating agent on the fence surface.
