PURPOSE: A liquid crystal panel with a BIPV(Building Integrated PhotoVoltaic) module is provided to use electric power which is generated from the BIPV module for operating the liquid crystal panel. CONSTITUTION: A BIPV module(100) comprises: a first glass substrate(110); a first adhesive plate(120) on the first glass substrate; a plurality of solar battery(130) on the first adhesive plate; and a second adhesive plate(140) on the solar batteries; a first transparent electrode layer(150) on the second adhesive plate; a liquid crystal layer(160) on the first transparent electrode layer; a second transparent electrode layer(170) on the liquid crystal layer; and a second glass substrate on the top.
