PURPOSE: A test jig device of a speed measuring device is provided to conveniently, easily, and quickly test the accuracy of measuring speed without a safety accident. CONSTITUTION: A reflector is fixed to a conveyor belt so that the reflector moves with the conveyor belt. The reflector reflects laser emitted from a speed measurer to the speed measurer. Reflector sensors(40a,40b) are installed at an interval in the moving direction of the reflector and sense that the moving reflector passes a set point. A controller(30) detects the moving speed of the reflector.
