PURPOSE: An aluminum alloy hard foil for a battery collector is provided to ensure excellent high strength and excellent elongation by minimizing the reduction of elongation according to the strength increase and thickness reduction. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum alloy hard foil for a battery collector includes Mn: 0.8~1.5 mass%, Cu: 0.05~0.20 mass%, Fe: 0.3~0.7 mass%, and the balance of Al and inevitable impurities. The aluminum alloy hard foil has the thickness of 9~20μm, 30 or more sub-grains in a thickness direction, tensile strength of 280~350MPa, and elongation of 3.5%. |
