PURPOSE: A method and server apparatus for calculating UCR(User Conversion Rate) value are provided to utilize the CUR data from a click pattern analysis in determining the advertisement location and processing a charging. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(140) inputs a predetermined search word through internet from a user. An advertisement item extractor(110) extracts one or more advertising items related to the search word. An UCR determiner(120) produces the probability of purchase using a reciprocal of number of clicked advertisement items about advertisement items which is exposed by a click of a user.
