PURPOSE: A steel sheet temper rolling method and a steel sheet temper rolling device are provided to reduce the failure rate of an automobile steel sheet since the inspection of the surface before temper rolling is simply and accurately performed. CONSTITUTION: A steel sheet temper rolling method comprises the following steps. A steel coil(1) in which the steel sheet is horizontally rolled is laid so the steel sheet stands. The steel sheet, which stands vertically on the laid steel coil, passes through a temper mill(20). The temper mill comprises left, right, and vertical rolls. The steel sheet which passed through the temper mill is reeled in a reel.
