PURPOSE: A sample processing device is provided to stably maintain the fixed state of a sample in a sample processing process by fixing the sample between an adhesive plate and a supporting plate. CONSTITUTION: A sample processing device comprises a lower fixing unit(110), an upper fixing unit(120), a changeable unit(130), a processing unit(140) and a mounting unit(150). The upper fixing unit is located in the upward of the fixing unit. The changeable unit is installed on the fixing unit, and the length is varied. The processing unit is fixed at the upper fixing unit and processes a sample. The mounting unit is installed in the top end of the changeable unit and fixes the sample.
