PURPOSE: An EL lighting device and a driving system thereof are provided to improve luminous efficiency by increasing an electric field effect. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting unit(104) is formed on a frame(102) and emits light by including conductive ink materials. A protection unit is formed on the frame, irradiates light through the light emitting unit, and protects the light emitting unit. An advertisement print layer(108) is formed on the frame and is patterned to expose the protection unit.
