PURPOSE: A cable tray of an apartment house is provided to prevent the sag of a cable and to enable a user to repair only the damaged part by including a bobbin and a roller. CONSTITUTION: A roller is rotatably combined with a receiving unit(10). The roller has a plurality of receiving grooves. A bobbin is rotatably combined with a winding unit(20) which winds a cable. A lighting unit(30) emits light to check the wiring state of the wiring. A connector(34) is electrically connected to a plug formed on the end of the LED substrate. A common duct(40) includes the receiving unit and the winding unit.
